TEC7 / Novatech / 2021-2023

Created 26 instructional videos in 4 languages fully explaining the ins and outs of all TEC7 products. Coordinating a team of 8 people this required a high level of project management of initiating, planning, executing and monitoring the workflow.

The output videos are for internal use only to train employees in 20+ countries.

Created dozens of audiovisual productions for educational and marketing scientific purposes. For example:

Event report of the Climbing for Life event in France 2019 and Italy 2022
Corporate mailing campaigns 2015 - 2023 with video messages of representatives & graphical animations in Dutch and French

Circusol videos: Service-based business in Solar power

Circusol / European Commission

CIRCUSOL stands for "Circular Business Models for the Solar Power Industry". It is an Innovation Action project funded by the Horizon 2020 program of the European Commission. It brings together 15 partners from 7 European countries to develop and demonstrate business solutions for circular economy in the solar power sector.

European Footvolley League / Sports federation / 2015-present

In 2018 Ulli became the first elected president of this European sports federation based in Switzerland. Uniting and coordinating our 16 member nations. As head of the Executive Committee also responsible for the daily management, the administration, the sports development, marketing and the annual competitive European Championship tournaments all over Europe.

Club TV Channel

KRC Genk / Sports club / 2007-2018

Started up the first club TV channel of this Belgian football club. Drafting a communication strategy and plan for each season. Creating a lot of content (videos & text) for the website, YouTube channel and social media channels. Conducting interviews in all languages with players, coaches and fans. Including some swift on the road editing against strict deadlines late at weekend nights.
